Getting “Framed” While Enjoying SIPPITY Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate

Posted by Southwest Beverages on 9/20/2016

“I see that you sell hot chocolate,” my wife Lisa asked the counter clerk at the Brown Bag deli on Eagle Street in Concord, New Hampshire. “Do you have any flavored hot chocolate?”

“Yes,” he replied. “We have Sippity chocolate marshmallow, chocolate cinnamon, chocolate peppermint, chocolate raspberry and, of course, pumpkin spice,”

“Humm,” Lisa injected. “They all sound delicious.”

“All can be topped with whipped cream if you wish,” the clerk added completing his sentence.

“I think I’ve have the pumpkin spice, with whipped cream,” Lisa stated to the clerk.

“And I’ll have the chocolate raspberry,” I said. “I'll also have some whipped cream.”

While we were waiting for our order Lisa and I began sorting through the many pictures I took this afternoon of the fall foliage on my new Canon EOS Rebel 35 mm camera, which she had given me three days earlier as a present for my 29th birthday.

“Awe. I like that one,” Lisa said with enthusiasm as she looked at a picture of her holding a bouquet of maple leaves in her crossed arms set against a background of yellow maple trees. “Wow! These are all beautiful pictures. This camera takes amazing pictures.”

“Excuse me,” the clerk announced as he stood aside our table holding two cups of hot chocolate. “I believe the pumpkin spice hot chocolate was yours,” he said to Lisa as he placed the orange cup down in front of her. “And your chocolate raspberry with whipped cream, sir,” he added placing the cup in front of me. “Enjoy.”

“Thank you.”

Five minutes later, after Lisa and I looked through all the pictures and had enjoyed our hot chocolate, Lisa stated, “I think I want image 37 framed. That’s one of me holding the bouquet of maple leaves.”
